Types of deposits from individuals received by the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
Ta'til — 21%. The amount of the first on the deposit — not less than ten thousand Soums,and following contributions — not less than two thousand Soums.
The contribution to the Kelajak deposit could be made for under-16-year-old children for the time period. Deposit is fixed at 25% per annum.
The income for «On call» deposit is fixed at 6% per annum, and for «Soum card» deposit — 16% per annum with monthly interest capitalization. On call deposits are especially convenient for the clients who transfer their salaries, dividends, welfares and other types of income into their accounts.
There are foreign currency accounts, such as registered, for operations requiring the documents identifying the owner of the account, and besides, non-residents must present documents explaining the origin of money assets put into deposit; and such as on call-opened to any individual, regardless of his status and other identification documents verifying him and the sources of deposit. The income amount on foreign currency accounts depends on deposit balance and on savings period.
